On July 26th, the annual Luna Rodeo will take place at the Luna Fairgrounds. This rodeo, which has taken place for the last 60 years, is a favorite with many of the Catron County residents. Skills that are used on the many cattle ranches in New Mexico, such as roping, bronc riding and barrel racing, are on display by participants young and old.
The nickname for this rodeo is “best little rodeo in the West”, and it is! And there are always plenty of spectators who will take this opportunity to take a look at some of the hunting properties for sale in New Mexico
