Cattle Operation and Recreational Information
The lush green meadows, rich in cool season and grama grasses, of Heavenly Acres Ranch are excellent summer pastures for roping and/or cutting horses. The additional 960acres of leased ground will adequately support a number of roping steers providing additional ground for rotating and circulation. Heavenly Acres Ranch currently runs 120 steers from May to November. The 960 acres of BLM land is permitted for 43 head, plus or minus, depending on grass conditions.
